After our last not so up-beat post, I thought I'd post some of the fun things we've been witnessing here. We are VERY thrilled to announce that we went for William's test results on Tuesday, and he's gotten a clean bill of health. Mark and I were VERY concerned, but the doctor was able to reassure us on pretty much everything. Yay for Will!
On to the milestones/firsts....
Here is Jack having his first taste of snow. He ate for about an hour.
Jack has decided that diapers are a thing of the past! One day he woke up and said "I want unnaware (underwear)", and that was it. He has had almost no accidents (2), and is very happy to sit and read magazines about car parts and classic cars. Ugh. It's like raising another Mark!
Will is a sitter now! He appears to be reaching his milestones a fair bit slower than Jack did, but he's still doing great.
Will hates tummy time, and because of how poor his back and neck muscles were as an infant he never really spent a ton of time on his tummy. He also refuses to roll over. While most babies his age are rolling across the room, over and over again, William has rolled maybe about 4 times total. Two of these times have been since he came home from the hospital. When I put him on his tummy now though, he tries to crawl.
Trying to reach his soother...
Man, this is hard work!! Usually this when he cries, and I try to encourage him to keep trying!
It's also when Mark says "My poor little man! Let me pick you up!" Also when I roll my eyes.
